Take another look at Alsace through a unique crop: hops.
In the heart of the Beau Jardin, you can discover this aromatic plant, an essential component in beer production. Its cultivation offers an unusual and attractive landscape.
Don't miss this guided walk through the hop fields of Wingersheim, commune of Wingersheim les 4 Bans and hop capital of Alsace.
The Discovery Trail is led by members of the "Au Cœur des Houblonnières d'Alsace" association.
Accessible in July and August, every Wednesday at 10am. A guided walking tour and video projection are on the program, with a tasting of local beer offered at the end of the visit.
