Come and celebrate the New Year at the Foyer Sts Pierre et Paul in Hochfelden, an evening organized by Isabelle, chef at Ô Petit Délice in Hochfelden. On the program: festive aperitif, gourmet dinner and dancefloor!

Menu:

Mise en bouche: Crémant d'Alsace red fruit syrup, verrine of salmon tartar and green apple,

Starter: fine tart of scallops, coconut cream with mandras curry, sweet potato purée, fresh herbs and lime zest,

Main course: Pan-seared Saint-Pierre, creamy saffron risotto, light shellfish bisque,

Green apple cider sorbet,

Main course: Label Rouge capon supreme stuffed with porcini mushrooms and chestnuts, gratin of pumpkin with truffle, pan-fried forest mushrooms and morel sauce,

Farandole of cheese,

Dessert: a symphony of delicacies and sweets,

Onion soup.



Children's menu -12 years: water syrup, crispy ham and cheese puff pastry, thinly sliced poultry with cream and French fries, vanilla-chocolate ice cream log.
