Take another look at Alsace through a unique crop: hops.
In the heart of the Beau Jardin, you can discover this aromatic plant, an essential component in beer production. Its cultivation offers an unusual and attractive landscape.
So don't miss these weekly guided walks through the hop fields of Wingersheim, the hop capital of Alsace.
The Sentier du Houblon is run by members of the "Au Cœur des Houblonnières d'Alsace" association.
Open in July and August, every Wednesday at 9:30 am. A guided walking tour and video projection are on the program, with a tasting of local beer offered at the end of the visit.
