Getting there
Photo La Serre : Ramène ta photo !

A photo within a photo. That's what we're talking about. Those images where you see albums in your hands, photos sitting on a sideboard, hanging on a fridge, pinned to a wall. Photography in everyday life.
This is what La Conserverie is looking for in its 12th collection, to build up a collective memory of our everyday images, and together write a history of popular photography.

How does it work in practice?

You bring in one or more photos on the days La Serre is open. We digitize them on site. You leave with your originals. You sign a reproduction authorization form - the people in the photo must agree to their use in exhibitions and publications.
And then?
What happens next?

Your photo, or one of them, will appear in the traveling exhibition presented as part of the Bicentenary of Photography.

What if Anne comes along?

If Anne Delrez can join us for a day, we'll let you know. It'll be a chance to meet her, chat and learn more about La Conserverie and its many projects.

Why La Serre?

Every year, La Serre presents a La Conserverie project. So it's only natural that it should relay this call for donations. This is what La Conserverie is looking for for its 12th collection: to build up a collective memory of our everyday images, and together write a history of popular photography.
