The Tarte Flambée Festival is back on its home turf for its 4th edition! This great traditional Alsatian festival offers a varied musical program and entertainment for the younger members of the family.


Originating in the farms of Kochersberg-Ackerland in the Middle Ages, tarte flambée has spread widely in our region through the many restaurants that have offered this specialty since the 1960s.

It will be celebrated in style in Ittenheim, with artisanal production using local ingredients and wood-fired ovens.

Musical entertainment includes an "80s" evening with DJ Eric on Saturday evening, and the "Libertys" duo on Sunday from 6pm.
